The platform allows you to upload your resume, which will also be visible to the companies’ representatives.

The registration and the participation in Virtual Career Days are completely free, but Basic English knowledge is needed to use the platform of the event.

After registering on the platform, you will be able to explore the virtual booths of all participating companies.

These organizations operate with clear vision and strategy when recruiting new employees. You can expect to talk to highly trained professionals.

By exploring companies' profiles, you will get an idea about each of them and identify those representing the greatest interest to you.

On the day of the event you will be able to queue up for an interview and engage in short chat sessions with representatives of your desired companies.

Interviews will happen in the form of chat sessions, during which companies' representatives will ask questions about your skills and experience, and based on your answers will determine whether you are suitable for the position you are interviewed for.

Each interview will be limited in time. From the beginning to the end of each interview, countdown timer will show how much time you have left.

You can sign up for an interview with more than one company and depending on the workload of their representatives, the chat sessions will start one after another.

Once Virtual Career Days has ended, employers will be able to filter the information received from interviews and choose which candidates to contact for further selection.

If you performed well and an employer wishes to continue the recruitment process with you, he will be able to email you or contact you in a different way which have been agreed during the interview.

Once the Career Forum is over, there are no more actions required from you, but to check your email address for messages from employers who are interested in hiring you.
