This information will be visible for the recruitment specialists and will play major role for their evaluation after the conversation with you. So take your time and attention to filling in your profile information.

The platform allows you to upload your resume, which will also be visible for the companies’ representatives.

The registration and the participation in Virtual Career Days are completely free, but Basic English knowledge is needed to use the platform of the event.

After the registration, you can explore the virtual booths of all registered organizations.

The participant companies are with clear vision and strategy in organizing the recruitment and you can count that you will talk to highly trained professionals.

By employer profiles of companies, you can get an idea about each of them and to identify those representing the greatest interest to you.

At the day of the event you will be able to queue for an interview and engage a short chat sessions with representatives of your desired companies.

Interviews will be in the form of chat session, during which representatives of the companies will ask questions about your experience and competencies, and based on your answers will determine whether you are suitable for the position for which you are interviewed.

Each interview will be limited in its time. From the beginning to the end of each interview, countdown timer will show how much time you have left.

You can sign up for an interview in more than one company and depending on the workload of their employees, the chat sessions will start one after another.

You can wait to chat in line for multiple booths and so throughout the day to conduct interviews with representatives of your desired companies.

Once Virtual Career Days has ended, employers will be able to filter the information received from the interviews and choose which of the candidates to contact for further selection.

If you performed well and an employer wishes to continue the recruitment process with you, he will be able to send you email or contact you in other way, which have been agreed during the interview.

Once the Career Forum is over, there are no more actions required from you, but to check your email address for messages from employers who have an interest to hire you.
